When you think of us here at the Window World of Albuquerque, we want family to be the first thing that comes to mind. We, Paul and Christine Dennis, are a husband and wife team that has three children of our own. We work with four sub-contractor crews, three salesmen, and two office personnel that make up our extended family. Each of us at one point had an experience with Window World that made us believe in our windows. Becoming a part of the Window world team just came naturally to us. Our first encounter with Window World was as customers. We needed windows for some houses we were rehabilitating. We were only interested in the cheapest windows we could find. We fell in love with the windows and with the company. In less than a year, we had moved back to Paul’s home town, Albuquerque, NM, to open our own Window World store. Once we had joined the Window World family, we found that several of our customers fell in love with their windows and our company as well. In the middle of 2006, we had a young customer who had just purchased his first home and needed a few windows. He later became a salesman for us, and is now our Senior Salesman, Russell. Along the way we found our next two salesmen, Ed and Steve, in the same manner as we did Russell. We demonstrated to them the value of our windows and our company, and they went from being customers to becoming an integral part of our team. And of course we would be nothing without our installers. These are the guys who put their hard work, backbone, and time into installing our windows as beautifully as they can. Our four crews include: Michael and Johnny who are known for their awesome job with wood windows and wood trim. This Senior Crew has an extreme eye for detail and beauty. Then there is Israel and Eddie who do a great job with bay and bow windows. These windows can be tricky with measuring and dimensions before you even get to installing the window. That is when these two step in and show you that your window can be as beautiful as you imagined. Then you have John and Durill. These guys are our trim guys, when your home needs special trim, they will make your house the envy of the block. And last but not least our final crew, Frank and Roger, who can knock out steel casement windows, like nobody’s business. If your house isn’t the standard and has some quirky walls, you have a home improvement nightmare. These two make the job look easy. I work in the office along with Jennifer and Daisy. We each believe that customer service is what will make or break a business, and we are here behind the scenes working to bring you the best experience along with the best windows for an affordable price that you can believe in and love for life.
