Lee & Debi Bogard joined Window World in 2005. Lee had worked for Window World in sales for approximately 6 months prior. The opportunity came up to purchase the Peoria area franchise. Lee’s been in the home improvement business for the last 25 years, from installing to selling. This was a good move for us. We have three sons that are with us and they can sell part-time and are also our main installation crew. Debi runs the office and does scheduling. Lee does 99% of the selling and oversees the daily operations. This has become a great family business.
